The New Micro burr tool from Equilight. Possibly the smallest lateral burr on the market. Assembled using the Equilight strong gears and professional grade stainless steel bearings.
The Equilight Micro burr head is compatible with all existing Equilight lateral burrs and apple core burrs.

The micro burr miracle
This tool is a game changer. It allows the practitioner to gently dress newly emerging molars, after cap extraction or teething , to soften sharp edges without undue crown reduction. Horses generally seem to accept this gentle treatment well, as they find immediate relief .whilst the rounded profile at the end of the burr makes gum or cheek trauma a thing of the past.

Gets into small spaces others can’t reach!
I have found this tool fantastic for Mini’s and small ponies! Easily access the caudal regions of the mouth in Mini’s and small ponies where other tools simply cannot be utilised. Also great for all horses where space is limited. Brilliant for all aspects of “Applecore” work, but would also be useful for those practitioners who do diastema work. Very robust and useful tool.
